Why we're doing this

We've spent years around this industry — and think it can work better

We're not a big-box retailer or a franchise. We're a few people who've spent a lot of time close to kitchen remodeling — watching how slow, confusing, and one-size-fits-all the process usually is for the person paying for it. Slow quotes. Vague estimates. No real way to see what you're buying before you commit to it.

We think a smaller, more thoughtful operation — one that uses better tools and treats your time with respect — can do this differently. This page is us testing that idea before we build a company around it. If it's useful to you, tell us. If it's not, tell us that too.

A few honest answers

Do I need to enter my email to use this?

No. The tool works without any contact info. You only need an email if you want to save your designs.

Does this send my photo anywhere?

Your photo is sent to Google's Gemini AI service to create your designs — that's what makes it possible. We only keep your photo and designs if you choose to save them, and saved designs are deleted after 90 days. Privacy policy.

What happens if I save my designs?

You get a private link that reopens every version for 90 days. We email you that link once when you save (and again only if you ask). Nothing else gets sent. The optional questions about your project help us learn what people are planning.

Why can't I use a sample photo?

This tool is built around your actual kitchen, not a generic example — that's the whole point of seeing what's possible for your own space.

Is the design tool fully live yet?

Yes — upload, chat, and the generated redesign are all live. Results can vary since it's early and still improving; tell us what's off and we'll keep tuning it.

Is this a real business yet?

Not yet. We're validating demand before building a company around this.

Is this for a full kitchen remodel?

No — this is for refreshing what you already have, not moving walls or changing your layout.
